30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange. No lengthy approval process, no jumping through hoops.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Item must have original tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@builtdifferentco.pro with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days
  3. Ship the item back to us — we recommend using a tracked shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange. Follow the same return process above and note the item you'd like instead. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Defective or Wrong Items

If we sent you the wrong item or your order arrived defective, contact us within 30 days and we'll cover return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra cost. Because that one's on us.
